We have shopped at the Saratoga store for years. I find all of my work attire needs from socks to suits at JAB. Frank and Alexa are confident, extremely competent and most importantly, fun to interact with. No matter how busy they might be on any given Saturday afternoon, they make and take their time to ensure customer’s needs are met. Most recently, Frank and Alexa helped select my wedding suit and it was tailored perfectly. I’ve had multiple items measured by staff at JAB for tailoring purposes, and most often times they come out perfect. Alexa gets a 5 star review. Frank gets 4.9/5 only because he is a New York Yankees fan. Sorry Frank! Thanks you two for always taking care of my needs!

Marianne was incredibly helpful and understanding when we came back with an issue. She went above and beyond to make things right, and did it all with a great attitude. Highly recommend asking for her if you go in.

Frank & Alexa are both wonderful to work with. They ask a lot of questions to make sure they understand your the particular event, the look you're trying to achieve, and so forth. Then they tailor their recommendations to suit (no pun intended) your needs. It's always been a great experience!

Absolutely fabulous experience with Frank and the manager Alexis. Could not say enough nicer things. Frank made the experience fun and memorable. The two worked brilliantly together. Frank is the absolute best and he knows what he’s talking about. Thank you Frank ! I would travel any distance to work with Frank or Alexis.

A friend recommended the Saratoga Springs location and to ask for Maryanne. So glad we did… she was wonderful! Her knowledge of the size and fit that best suited my son was impeccable. The in store selection was impressive and we will be visiting again soon.

Frank at the Saratoga location was a lifesaver. He worked with us over the phone to locate an item we needed on short notice! The store is impeccable and the service is friendly and quick! And the selection is large. Great place to shop!

Frank helped my son buy his first suit. He was kind, attentive, patient, and worked with us through the entire sale. He had a great sense of humor and made sure we received the best possible price that he could give us at the register. I highly recommend Frank if you are shopping at Joseph A Banks!

After an okay experience, and until recently our first and only experience with specialized and custom tailoring for men's clothing, we had an exceptional and fantastic, fun experience this time out. After waiting several years and finally talking ourselves into returning and convinced we would have to purchase a new custom made suit, we decided to give this store and location another shot. So very glad we did! Everyone; Alexa, Rodney, Frank and their most excellent tailor/seamstress Stacy were all caring, personable and knowledgeable and their personalities are absolutely the best. Would highly recommend for 1st time tailor suit experience, wedding or an any other occaision from casual to formal including just picking out a tie to match your partners outfit.

Maryanne was amazing! She helped my fiancée and I set up our group order for our groom and groomsmen suits and made the whole process super easy. She was kind, patient, and extremely helpful from start to finish. Great experience and would definitely recommend working with her!

My experience was very good here. The service was very excellent. The staff were great. Mary Anne worked with us from the beginning and even one of the gentleman there asked how my mom was doing who just had brain surgery. I appreciate the service here and my tux looked very sharp and I got a lot of compliments at my prom. Overall, was a good experience. If you need to rent or buy a tux or suit, this is a good place to go to. Thank you.
